Once Upon a Time in Japan
« on: April 26, 2005, 04:25:14 AM »
There was a God, not a mere God like fortune God or kids God, a Major God.

The God of Manga ^___^

After finishing to entertain everyone with Katsu he decided to entertain ppl once more.
So he started Cross Game.

As missionaire of Adachi-sama we translated the relique to a langage that everyone will understand.

And so Cross Game volume 1 chapter 1 was released:

irc => /msg AdachiPowa3 xdcc send #88
torrent => Cross Game c1

Don't forget the coloring contest ^___^
Piccie to color is here : Contest
Date of the end of contest is 15 May.
You can submit your coloring via irc or mail them here grandline.contests@gmail.com
Prices Ok we all know there is no contest without prices. I don't know yet how many prices there will be but i'll send some of my cuted Adachi's manga to winners. They'll also gain the right to get the release of Rough v12 one week (or one day) before the official release and maybe some others price if i found some ^^

I hope you'll enjoy this new Adachi story as much as we do XD XD

By gosh! You've done it!

Way to go!

Woo!

Hmm, are we going the reluctant star player route? Only time will tell. And they're only at 5th grade? That's a new one for Adachi. Pre-high school.

I still wish Aoba was the female lead, though.

Thanks for the release! Are you guys going to try for a Narutolike week-by-week translation?  Although I can't imagine why the filename said low quality, at over 5 Mb...  Anyway, since the main character is at least 4 to 5 years away before his first appearance at Koushien, we'll probably have a pretty long series.

Woo!  New Adachi series!  But... the main characters are in the 5th grade... what...  Shouldn't Kitamura be playing tee-ball at that age??

...

I hope Adachi clicks the fast forward button before the second chapter.  *crosses-fingers*

And yes, even though she kinda looks like Misaki from Katsu!, I think it would be totally cool if Aoba became the female lead.  Her character design has a wicked attitude.  Anyhow great work on the "low quality" scan!  MD is the best!

Eremetew who does not pay to color (heh... sorry, sorry!)...

Yet another Adachi manga to enjoy.

Impressive low quality.

Please, keep up the good work.

LQ has nothing to do with the file size, though, and everything to do with the fact that:

- They're obviously scans from the weekly magazine, and thus poorly printed in rough paper.

- The SFXs weren't translated. (I mean, I sure hope someone besides me cares about them. :P)

On the other hand, you get to see the color pages which are removed in the tankoubons, which is a definite plus. I wish they weren't so cheap and printed those in color in the tanks, too.

So remember to releech the volume whenever it's reedited. It'll be worth it.
